Consequences of Money in Society

Concern and lawsuits for copyright infringement is an example  of how  money will restrict human creativity and prosperity.

Society’s education system produces talented graduates that are encouraged by the curriculum of their study to anticipate invention and advancement in a field of endeavor.   What restricts the modification of a process, product or substance,  the pursuit of further development?  How many times are wonderful appllications prohibited by the consent of a copyright or patent?

Looking at this in a bigger perspective, how often is research stopped or penalized for going too far without permission?  At this time, the human race faces an abundance of problems that need to be supplied with solutions, while human creativity is limited by the ties that money uses to control or permit discovery

If the primary purpose of science and technology becomes profit and not satisfaction of human needs, eventually, the pattern of research and marketing ignores the ethics of purpose and accepts the profits from decadent greed and human deprivation, if the pay is adequate.

The endowed agenda for human existence requires an open search for human potential through creation, not a calculated constriction of human activity, that serves the delusion that wealth through money is the highest evidence of human efficiency.
